Took my car to the autowash. Came out the other side with a broken fuel cover. I heard it snap off as the water jets hit my car. Spoke to manager who took no responsibility and even stated its not possible for this to happen. The matter of fact the car was perfectly fine before the wash. I heard then seen the fuel cover fly off as the water jets hit it. I then physically picked the cap off the floor from the car wash. I am extremely dissatisfied from car wash as it damaged my car and disappointed with the treatment from manager. Hope anyone reading this will think twice about visiting this branch

I would not recommend an other place to go wash your car. For 57 AED your car is completely washed inside and out, and it’s properly done!

I had my car washed manually here. Service was done very professionally and quickly. They also have steam wash and disinfection service.The car was also vacuumed from inside and the dash board polish was also applied.

Came of a car wash. I paid and the employee insisted that I sign on his receipt. Trying to avoid additional Covid-19 risk, I refused. He said company rules. What kind of rules that dont consider the pandemic situation??

Good but pricey

I bought a used car and opted for the best interior and exterior package. It was the end of the day, and I was truly dissapointed. Polish not done over the whole car. Interior still had considerable amount of sand on the carpet and the seats werent polished at all.

Washing took 2 hours with bad quality result while no car was front of me and supervisor told me I have office work and I dont have time to supervise my staff :)

Awful experience. Did not even do the basic cleaning well. Moreover the attitude of the staff was so overbearing. Will never go back to this place.

Worst experience at allllll... I choose steamed wash.. Even they did it but the person who wash my car he uncap my radiator and thn dont cap it properly... Bcz of him my gas kit of car is gone.. It takes 980 aed for me to fix all issues 😑Extreme worst experience of my life.. I never rely on these un professional ppl.. Whenever you wash your car, always check your radiator cap...

Wash bay is good, but the drying area is pathetic. Cars are already dry by the time it gets to the drying area, then the guys wipe a dry car, obviously its going to damage the paint work. They no nothing about cleaning cars, its just about numbers for them.

I had gone for the 105 dhs full body manual car wash from the normal 57 dhs I spend for the body wash and I feel its an absolute waste of money .The exterior wash is a little more elaborate but the interior wash is exactly the same. The staff cant tell the difference between a car that comes out of the manual wash bay has taken a AED57 or AED105 package when it goes into the vacuum bay so there is no special services being provided.first and last time I will be going for this hoax.

Automatic wash 38 AED is literally waste of money.Manual wash 60% its fine.
